Game Viewing in Murchison Falls NP of Uganda 3 Days
This tour takes you for an adventure to Uganda’s largest national park, Murchison Falls. The park covers 3,480sq km and is situated between Masindi and Pakwach districts. The falls result from Africa’ longest and the World’ second longest river, forced through a narrow cleft in the Rift Valley.
The park is dominated by the lush borassus grassland which attracts a variety of animals for example; Elephants, Buffaloes, Giraffes, lots of Antelopes, Africa’s densest hippo concentration, big Crocodile populations and plenty of water and Savannah birds. Rabongo Forest, the famous primates’ home such as chimpanzees and other tropical rainforest creatures, is found here.
Day 1: Start Your Africa Classic Game Viewing Safari In Uganda

We have a lunch stop at Masindi after which we proceed to the top of magnificent Murchison Falls. This is where the world’s longest river explodes violently through a narrow cleft in the Great Rift escarpment to plunge into a frothing pool 43m below.
Day 2: Murchison Falls Game Viewing Tour in Uganda- Africa Game watching Tours
Have breakfast in the morning then go for a game drive. We game watch north of River Nile on the Buligi, Albert and Queens in the company of a trained ranger guide. View a variety of Savannah wildlife; Giraffes, Antelope species, Lions, African Elephants, Leopards, several cats species, Reptiles and a variety of Savannah woodland birds. After lunch, you go for the spectacular launch cruise on the a Nile for more game viewing at close quarters. This is a paradise for Hippos and Nile Crocodiles. Here is also a prolific birdlife, watch Herons, Kingfishers, Bee-eaters, Eagles and the elusive Shoebill.
Day 3: Returning to Kampala or Entebbe from Murchison Falls Game Viewing Safari
Depending on your flight schedule, there will be an option to pass by Budongo Forest, a dense natural forest for a guided forest walk. The nature walk at Budongo can give good results of forest birds and primates species check-list along with a wide range of trees.
